Attach the Rocks board at a low angle for beginners and practise walking up, sliding down feet first and turning around safely at the top. For more advanced children, increase the angle, combine the board with multiple frames to make a bridge or use it flat on the floor as a balance beam. Always keep soft mats around the landing zone and supervise climbing and sliding, especially with younger siblings nearby.
